Building Your Handstand
Now that we’ve built the foundation, it’s time to go vertical.
The handstand is a long and winding journey, and this workshop is designed to give you the specific tools to start yours with confidence.
We will move beyond simply kicking up to explore alignment, active shoulder engagement, and exit strategies (because knowing how to fall is just as important as knowing how to stand).
Requirement: The ability to kick up to a wall and hold yourself up in a supported handstand for a couple of breaths.
