Ever looked at a Crow pose or a Headstand and wondered how to actually get there without a leap of faith?
In this foundational workshop, we demystify the mechanics of getting light. We will focus on building the strength and endurance necessary to support your weight on your hands while exploring the transition from floor to air.
This session is less about hitting the pose and more about understanding the leverage and balance required to move toward more advanced shapes. Expect to work hard, find your edge, and leave with a better understanding of how your core and shoulders work together to keep you lifted.
Requirement: A curiosity to get upside down and the ability to hold a Downward Facing Dog for an extended period (approx. 1-2 minutes).
