When I first saw Jakes yoganidrasana it was intimidating… Little did I know Sumits is one of the safest, and positively-welcoming environments I have known.

My yoga journey sprouted with warm invitation from Tim, rooted deep with celestially raw slow flows of Sarah, and bloomed with diverse luminaries from Katy, Laurie, Amy, and Jake.

This gift of a community is a reflection of its critical components. Liz, Louis, Lilly, Jake, Tabitha, Emily, Mike and all the distinguished teachers/students who call Sumits home.

To me yoga is profound resonance — Embracing the mind, body, and core architecture of the cosmos. Yoga tunes me to deeper presence and intuition—impacts the observations and shapings of perspectives—privileges perpetual states of curiosity, growth, and contribution—encourages authentic expression and the will to share it.

Yoga is for everyone who is interested.
