Hi, I’m Laurie! I first began practicing yoga when I was in high school and have loved it ever since. I completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in August 2020 and have enjoyed my teaching experiences so far.
I began my yoga practice as a way to compliment my active lifestyle. I grew up playing sports and am an avid runner as an adult. Yoga is a fantastic way to help my body recover and stay healthy. While I do love the physical benefits of my practice, the peace and spiritual connection I feel on my mat is what keeps me coming back. Yoga has made me more grounded, joyful, patient, and filled with gratitude for all my body does for me.
