Backbends Workshop with Q&A

Learn techniques and body skills for backbends in the Sumits series. Apply common do’s and dont’s to safely bend your spine backwards. Gain confidence in your ability to perform backbends in your yoga practice!

You’ll be practicing as you learn so wear yoga clothes. Bring a notebook and pen.The 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that comprise the sequence are always done in the same order. The postures don’t change, but you change when you do the postures.
