We are a group of passionate yoga students on the transformative path to becoming certified teachers through our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Over these past 10 months, we’ve been diving deep into the heart of yoga—exploring asana, anatomy, philosophy, breathwork, meditation and more.

But beyond the poses and workshops, we’re learning about ourselves. Supporting each other through breakthroughs and challenges, we’re building confidence, connection, and community. Each mat tells a different story, yet we move together with a shared intention: to live and teach yoga with authenticity, compassion, and purpose.

This journey is more than just training—it’s a life shift. And we’re just getting started.
