Two years ago, on April 1, 2024, we stepped into ownership of Sumits Hot Yoga with a shared vision and a lot of unknowns. What has unfolded since then has been more meaningful than we ever could have planned.

This studio has become more than a place to practice. It’s a space where people show up for themselves, support one another, and grow in ways that go far beyond the mat. Every class, every conversation, every moment of effort and encouragement has shaped what this community is today.

To our students - thank you for trusting the process, for showing up on the hard days and the strong days, and for allowing this space to be part of your journey. Your consistency, openness, and willingness to grow make this studio what it is.

To our entire team - our teachers and front desk associates - you are the heartbeat of this space. The care, energy, and intention you bring each day are what make this studio feel welcoming, grounded, and alive. We are incredibly grateful for each one of you.

Yoga reminds us to stay present, to keep moving forward, and to meet ourselves exactly where we are. That’s what these past two years have been about, and it’s what will continue to guide us.
