30 Day Challenge For Charity

Our goals for this challenge are simple:

  1. Help the community by contributing to local charity!

  2. Help your build and/or continue a healthy habit by challenging you to see how YOGA can fit into your daily life!

  3. We know that YOGA not only has physical benefits, but also many mental health benefits. We believe that the more yoga there is in the world, the more love, compassion, gratitude and good in there will also be. So let’s spread good vibes - CHALLENGE ON, Yogis!

Here's how it works:


The Challenge dates are Monday Jan. 28th through Thursday Feb. 28th.

Pick your challenge & mark it on the board: either 15, 21 or 30 classes in 30 days.

At the end of the Challenge if you COMPLETED the challenge you committed to (15, 21 or 30 classes in 30 days), SUMIT'S will donate 15, 21 or 30 dollars to a local charity .

OR

If you DO NOT COMPLETE the challenge you committed to (15, 21 or 30 classes in 30 days), we encourage YOU to donate 15, 21 or 30 dollars to a local charity.

EITHER WAY, YOU WIN AND A LOCAL CHARITY WINS, AND LOVE WINS!

During the last week of February everyone will have the opportunity to vote for a local charity for the donations to go to.
